This RV6 Front Pipe for the Accord w/ K20C4 removes a bottleneck from the exhaust system, allowing the K-Series to breathe. 2.37” tube, as seen in the OEM front pipe, just isn’t up to the task. That’s why RV6 redesigned it out of 3.0” OD stainless tubing. CAD and 3D scanning technology is used to produce a piece that fits the same as factory - it will bolt onto a stock or aftermarket system. There is an exhaust hanger and high quality double-lined flexpipe to ensure it fits like original and can handle the thermal expansion of the system.
The Front Pipe is welded in-house by master welders, not before it is back purged to ensure the welds look as good on the inside as the outside. The entire system including the hanger, flanges, etc is built of stainless steel; this system is made to last even in the harshest conditions.
Note: Processing takes an additional 7 to 14 business days for ceramic coating.
