Now RV6 is offering a solution to the restrictive factory exhaust found in the 11th gen Civic & 5th gen Integra with an L15 engine. Turbo engines need an unrestrictive path to expel spent exhaust gasses. This RV6 Front Pipe is made out of full stainless steel: tubing, hanger, flanges, etc. The tubing is 3.0” OD, providing improved flow over the factory unit.
This Front Pipe keeps the factory layout, just with larger diameter tubing. This piece bolts directly to the stock exhaust or any aftermarket system. To ensure a perfect fit the latest CAD and 3D scanning technology was used. Every detail, down to the hanger and location of the flex pipe, mirrors the factory unit. The flex pipe is a high-end double-lined piece that gives ample flex to relieve any tension in the system (from thermal expansion or sport driving).
The Front Pipe is welded in-house by master welders, not before it is back purged to ensure the welds look as good on the inside as the outside.
Note: Processing takes an additional 7 to 14 business days for ceramic coating.
