The Skunk2 Timing Chain Cover is the ultimate upgrade for Honda K20A, K20A2, K20A3, and K20Z1 engines, designed to enhance accessibility, durability, and performance. As the original K-Series billet timing chain cover, Skunk2 has set the benchmark for functionality and race-inspired engineering.
CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminum, this two-piece modular design allows for quick and easy access to the timing gears and tensioner, making cylinder head swaps and adjustments a breeze. The integrated O-ring gasket ensures a leak-free seal, while the oversized access door simplifies tensioner servicing. An integrated chain guide prevents the timing chain from jumping teeth when cams or the cylinder head are removed, providing added reliability in high-performance builds.
Weighing in at 14% lighter than the factory timing chain cover, the Skunk2 cover sheds unnecessary weight while delivering superior durability. The upper cover proudly displays the Skunk2 Racing logo, while the lower cover is engraved with the brand’s mantra: "Innovate or Die"—a true testament to pushing boundaries in motorsports.
